You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and API keys, and for all activity occurring under your account.

Notify us immediately at info@auxilio.in if you become aware of any unauthorized access.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract.

• Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• Applicable taxes, including GST, will be added where required.
• We may change plan pricing with at least 30 days' notice.
• Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
• Failure to pay may result in suspension or downgrade of your account after reasonable notice.

You agree to use Auxilio only for lawful business purposes.

You must not:

• Use the Service in violation of applicable law.
• Probe, scan, disrupt or overload our infrastructure.
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code.
• Resell or sublicense the Service without written permission.
• Share API keys publicly or exceed plan limits.
• Infringe third-party intellectual property or privacy rights.
• Misrepresent Auxilio data as official retailer pricing.

Accounts violating these Terms may be suspended or terminated.

Auxilio retrieves pricing and product information from publicly accessible web pages that you instruct us to monitor.

You are solely responsible for:

• Ensuring your use of monitored data complies with applicable laws and third-party obligations.
• Any business decisions made using information provided by the Service.

Price data is collected automatically from third-party websites and is provided on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee every monitored URL will always remain accessible or error-free.

The Service, including its software, design, branding, documentation, and related materials, is owned by Auxilio and protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service during your active subscription for your internal business purposes.

You retain ownership of the monitoring configurations you create, including URLs, URL groups, and price thresholds. You grant Auxilio permission to process this information solely for providing and improving the Service.

We aim to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

The Service may occasionally become unavailable due to maintenance, upgrades, infrastructure issues, or circumstances beyond our control.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

This includes, without limitation, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, reliability, or availability.

We do not guarantee that price data will always be accurate, complete, current, uninterrupted, or error-free, nor that the Service will meet all of your requirements.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Auxilio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, business opportunities, or data arising from your use of the Service.

Our total aggregate liability for any claims relating to the Service shall not exceed the total subscription fees paid by you during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Auxilio, its owners, employees, affiliates, and partners from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms and Conditions.
• Your violation of any applicable law.
• Your use of monitored price data or third-party websites.
• Any misuse of the Service under your account.

You may close your Auxilio account at any time.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service with reasonable notice if you:

• Materially breach these Terms and Conditions.
• Fail to pay applicable subscription fees.
• Use the Service in a manner that could harm Auxilio, its infrastructure, or other users.

Upon termination, your right to access and use the Service immediately ends.

Sections relating to monitored data, intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification and governing law will survive termination.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

Subject to any mandatory law to the contrary, the courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service.

Before initiating legal proceedings, both parties agree to make a good-faith effort to resolve disputes informally.

We may revise these Terms from time to time.

Updated versions will be published on this page, and the "Last Updated" date will be revised accordingly.

Where appropriate, we may also notify users of material changes through email or in-app notifications.

Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision shall not constitute a waiver of that right.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the complete agreement between you and Auxilio regarding the Service.
