Thank you for choosing Auxilio ("Auxilio", "we", "us", or "our"), a price monitoring and price intelligence platform operated from Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India, and available at https://auxilio.in.

This Refund Policy explains when and how refunds are issued for paid subscriptions to the Auxilio service.

By purchasing a subscription, you agree to this Refund Policy in addition to our Terms & Conditions.

Refund Policy

Subscription, Billing & Refund Information

We believe in transparent billing and fair refund practices. This policy explains how subscriptions, refunds and cancellations are handled.

Where offered, new users may evaluate Auxilio through a free trial or free plan before purchasing a paid subscription.

We strongly encourage you to use the trial to confirm that Auxilio meets your requirements, including verifying that the websites you wish to monitor are supported.

Auxilio is offered on a recurring subscription basis (monthly or annual depending on your selected plan).

Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled before the renewal date.

Subscription prices are displayed on our Pricing page and may be charged in INR, USD or other supported currencies depending on your location and payment provider.

Monthly Plans

If you are not satisfied with Auxilio, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your first payment on a new monthly subscription.

Refunds are not available for renewal payments. You may cancel at any time and retain access until the end of the current billing period.


Annual Plans

You may request a full refund within 14 days of your first annual payment.

After 14 days, refunds may be considered on a pro-rata basis for unused full months, less any annual discount applied.


Renewals

Renewal charges are not refundable once processed. Please cancel before your renewal date if you do not wish to continue your subscription.

Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:

  • The specific website or URL you wish to monitor uses anti-bot protection, CAPTCHA, login requirements, or technical restrictions that prevent reliable price extraction, where this limitation could have been identified during the free trial.
  • Occasional delays, temporary interruptions, or isolated inaccuracies in price data, provided the Service is functioning substantially as described.
  • Violation of our Terms & Conditions resulting in account suspension or termination.
  • Charges older than 60 days.
  • One-time setup fees, custom integrations, consulting, or professional services once work has commenced.

To request a refund, please contact us using the email address registered with your Auxilio account.

Use the subject line: "Refund Request"

Please include the following information:

  • Your registered account email address.
  • Date of the payment.
  • Payment amount.
  • A brief reason for requesting the refund.

We aim to respond to refund requests within 3 business days.

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, additional processing time may apply.

If you believe a payment or subscription charge is incorrect, please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer.

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in temporary suspension of your account while the payment dispute is investigated.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard or by contacting our support team.

Cancellation prevents future subscription renewals, but you will continue to have access to paid features until the end of your current billing period.

Cancelling a subscription does not automatically qualify you for a refund except as described under Section 3 - Refund Eligibility.
